How Do I Order Balloons For Delivery?

→ After adding the balloons to your cart, select "Local Delivery" at the bottom of the page. A pop-up will appear to verify zip code eligibility and delivery date.

→ There is a $50 order minimum for local delivery within 10 miles, and delivery is $15-$38 for an open window between 11am - 5pm. You can select "Early Delivery" for delivery between 11am - 2pm, or you can select "Later Delivery" for delivery between 2pm - 5pm. Someone must be present to bring the balloons inside immediately upon delivery. Balloons left outside are more likely to pop.

What If I Need Balloons Outside The Delivery Time Windows?

Good news! Our balloons are made to last overnight and beyond. Get the balloons delivered the afternoon before and keep the balloons indoors in a cool area away from direct sun and wind, and they'll be just fine for the next day!

How Long Will My Balloons Last?

For long lasting balloons, store them indoors away from wind, direct sun, and heat. Balloons left in a hot car, outdoors, or around sharp objects are more likely to pop.

Your exact times may vary, these are estimates based on indoor, cool room temperature environments. Balloons look best its first 24 hours and will shrink and lose shine over time.

→ Latex balloons: 2-3+ days
→ Small mylars: 2-3+ days
→ Large mylars: 2-7+ days
→ Balloon garlands: 1-4+ weeks indoors

If you plan on having balloons outdoors, keep in mind they will deflate more quickly and generally won't last more than a day depending on weather. Give us a heads up when you order and we can recommend options that have higher chances of surviving the outdoors.

How Do I Get A Quote?

What Is Your Refund Policy?

→ We have a 24 hour cancellation policy on all bouquet and arrangement orders, which means you must contact us at least 24 hours in advance of your order's pick-up or delivery time and date in order for us to process your cancellation, and the amount paid will be refunded.
→ Any cancellations made within the 24 hours prior to your scheduled pick up or delivery date and time will not result in a refund of payment.
→ For balloon decor and event decorations/installations, any cancellations made within 10 days prior to your scheduled event will not result in a refund of payment.

Other Policies

→ The client must provide all corresponding information for the preparation of their decoration or Bouquet colors, design, personalized balloons, age, and name.
→ We will upload photos of our bouquets and decor to our social networks and/or website. We promise not to publish the client when we publish our work, unless otherwise specified. 
→ We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate work with clients for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of this contract. We are not responsible for any reason for damage or loss that may be suffered.
